Using Beement implies acceptance of these terms. Beement is a tool for social planning and memory sharing between friends.
Beement is operated by Enzo Chamanier, sole trader (entrepreneur individuel), trading under the name EZOC PRODUCTION, SIREN 107 310 930, registered office at 55 rue Grignan, 13006 Marseille, France. You are responsible for the photos and messages posted. Any illegal or inappropriate content may lead to immediate account suspension. Beement is a private space, respect your friends.
Beement facilitates the calculation of shared expenses. Beement is not a financial institution and does not handle actual monetary transactions. Debt repayment happens outside the service.
Beement's photo album is ephemeral by nature. Users accept that their photos will be automatically deleted according to the moment's lifecycle (7 days after the event ends).
Certain benefits require a subscription managed via the Apple Store or Google Play Store. Their terms of sale apply for any refunds.

Identity verification is a voluntary and optional process. It is required to obtain the "verified" badge on your profile, but is in no way mandatory to use Beement. By submitting your documents, you certify that the items provided are authentic, currently valid, and relate to you personally. Any submission of forged, stolen, or third-party documents constitutes fraud and may result in the immediate and permanent suspension of your account, as well as a report to the relevant authorities. Beement performs verification manually through an authorized member of its team. While we take all necessary care in this process, Beement cannot be held liable for a verification error resulting from a document that is illegible, incomplete, or presented in conditions that do not allow for reliable identification. In the event of a rejection, you are free to resubmit your request.
